Available exclusively for US and Canadian users on the YakChat Professional Plan, MMS Group Chat is easy to use. Simply draft your message, pick your contacts, and select 'Group Chat from the pull-down menu.

Receive MFA (OTP/2FA) Codes

When multiple users need access to the same business account, multi-factor authentication (2FA/OTP) can create bottlenecks.

With YakChat, SMS verification codes are automatically routed to a shared inbox, Microsoft Teams channel, or Webex space — accessible only to authenticated users. Contact Manager

YakChat’s Contact Manager gives you full control and flexibility when managing your messaging contacts. View, edit, and organize contact details—names, numbers, and tags—through an intuitive interface that keeps essential information at your fingertips.

Tags make it easy to group contacts and send messages to multiple recipients at once, while advanced search and filter tools help you quickly find contacts by name, email, or even part of a phone number. You can also display contacts pulled from Outlook, SharePoint, and Active Directory, providing seamless integration with your existing systems.
